Aesthetic and functional surgery of the nose, performed by a dual fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon.
Surgeon
Dr. Saleh Alqaryan
Setting
Private practice, Riyadh
Consultation
By appointment
Rhinoplasty is surgery of the nose addressing appearance, structure, or both. Because the nose sits at the centre of facial proportion, planning is individual: the goal is a result that belongs to the patient’s face rather than a standard shape.
Dr. Saleh’s reconstructive background, including microvascular reconstruction of the face, informs how nasal structure is preserved and rebuilt during aesthetic surgery.
01
What the patient wants changed, and how that relates to overall facial proportion.
02
Nasal airway assessment, examined alongside any aesthetic concern.
03
Previous rhinoplasty, fracture or trauma affecting nasal structure.
04
General health, current medications, allergies, and any previous nasal surgery or injury are reviewed before a plan is agreed.
STEP 01
Examination, discussion of goals, and a surgical plan specific to the patient’s anatomy.
STEP 02
Photographic assessment and measurement of nasal proportion against the rest of the face, then a written plan agreed with the patient before a date is set.
STEP 03
Carried out as agreed in consultation. Anaesthesia, surgical approach and expected duration are confirmed with the patient beforehand, not assumed.
STEP 04
Reviewed in scheduled appointments after surgery. The follow-up schedule is set for the individual case and given to the patient in writing.
Every plan is individual, and results, healing and suitability are discussed directly with Dr. Saleh in consultation rather than promised in advance.
Results, healing and suitability vary between patients. The specific risks, recovery and aftercare that apply to your case are explained by Dr. Saleh in consultation and confirmed in writing before surgery.
